Returns &Exchanges Policy
1. Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
2. Items must be undamaged and in original packaging,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
3.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
4.You must be the original purchaser of the product – and be able to provide an order number, or account email address.
5.Once received the product we will credit your account for the amount originally paid for the product.
6.If your device is defective and you are within your 1 year warranty period, we will either repair or replace your unit free of charge. Please contact us and ship the device to us .
